At Sabr Shukr (or “SABR SHUKR”), a product of Vidyajeevan, we strive to offer a transparent and fair experience to all our users. This Cancellation & Refund Policy outlines the terms under which cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds (if applicable) are processed.

1. Service / Appointment Cancellations

All services and appointments once booked are non-cancellable.

2. Course / Program Enrolment

• No enrolment cancellations are permitted.
• All payments made towards courses or programs are non-refundable.
• Rescheduling, if any, is subject to availability and confirmation by our team.

3. Exceptional Circumstances

In rare situations such as documented medical emergencies or genuine hardship, Sabr Shukr may, at its discretion, consider requests for rescheduling or refunds outside this standard policy.

Any such decision shall be made solely at the discretion of Vidyajeevan and shall be final and binding.
